4. Have a lot of water

Not only mineral water that make benefit to your body, but also full cream milk and fresh juice. Milk gives you good quality of protein and juice gives you nutrient your body needs.

5. Increase your calorie consumption gradually

Try to consume calorie more and more each day until you get the weight you wanted for a long time!
